There are a total of 22 dishes that we’ve tried and I have narrowed it down to Top 3 Sichuan dishes and Top 3 of classic Chinese dishes which I personally liked. Let’s get it started! Here are my TOP 3 Sichuan Dishes:
TOP 1: Sichuan Pickled Cabbage Fish
Why? I love spicy food, that includes tomyam, sambal, belacan etc. I love the spicyness of this soup and the tangy sour taste that it gives. It is very appetizing at the same time refreshing. This is my first time trying it and I’m absolutely hooked to the taste! Can’t stop going for more rounds for this soup.
TOP 2: Steam Spicy Pork Belly
Why? I love the ‘ma lat’ sauce with pork belly. It fits perfectly, such a good combo shouldn’t be missed. Give it a try and you will see what I mean! =)
TOP 3: Stir Fried Shredded Potato
Why? When the dish first came, I didn’t really noticed or pay much attention to it as it looks like a typical vegetable dish. But then I soon found out that it potatoes shredded to thin slices! I absolutely love the uniqueness and creativity of this dish and it taste so delicious!
